This page explains what data the right-now.online site processes, why, and how you can exercise your rights, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

2. What this site does

• The site is static: it has no user accounts and no database. Forms and answers are not sent to the site’s server.
• Answers to the checks stay in your browser (in this tab’s storage) and are erased when you close it. They go to the RightNOW app (app.right-now.online) only if you press the button to continue there: as text in the link address (the rn_prompt parameter). These buttons are off for now, so answers go nowhere.
• The free-text box on the home page does not work yet: the text is neither sent nor stored.
• The site is delivered through Cloudflare: on every request the provider processes your IP address and the technical request data to serve the page.

3. Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 for visit statistics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how pages work. Both tools load only after you accept “Analytics” in the cookie banner. You can withdraw consent in “Cookie settings”: analytics stops, its cookies are deleted and the page reloads. The site has no advertising or marketing trackers.

4. The RightNOW app

When you move to the app at app.right-now.online, the data you enter there is processed under the app’s privacy policy.

5. International transfers

Some technology providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, we apply the safeguards required by the GDPR, including adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or equivalent lawful mechanisms.

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability at any time, and withdraw consent, by writing to info@right-now.es. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), www.aepd.es.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The version in force is always published on this page.
